Rochon Born from Torrance (a suburb of Los Angeles), is the daughter Zelma Staples. Her parents are Samuel Staples a graphic designer and businessman. Cerritos was her high school. Her graduation was in 1982. In 1986, she graduated in 1986 from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) and received a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism. Her degree also included minors in theatre and sociology. Rochon was back at CSUDH in 2016 she was the keynote speaker at CSUDH's College of Arts and Humanities' commencement ceremonies.

Heather Storm works as a travel writer, television host and producer. Being a lover of cars she was also host of Garage Squad at Discovery MotorTrend Network. Heather developed and hosts the travel-themed show on YouTube called Drive Yourself Local where she shares local stories of life in the small town while traveling across America using her 1965 Ford Mustang. Heather has appeared on several films and television shows, including Nightingale and Epic Movie.

Ullerup's initial role was of Julia Brynn on the remake the television show Battlestar Galactica in 2006, which aired on the Sci Fi Channel. She played Ashley Magnus in the first and second seasons of the television show Sanctuary up until her role was cut from the script. It was her exit that caused heated debate among the fans. Many wanted to bring her back in future episodes, but the show ended in 2012. In the year 2016, Ullerup was cast as Bree O'Brien in Chesapeake Shores. Ullerup was cast as Maggie Thomas, Michael Thomas the estranged wife, in Asteroid: Final Impact (2005). Ullerup, who has a role as Dale Travers, is one of the recurring characters in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered and movies from 2016.
